Return Policy

Kalp Creations offers a 48 hours return policy after receiving the parcel.

Return Procedure

Follow these steps to return your package:

• Initiate the return process by email us at Kalpcreationssh@gmail.com within 48hours of receiving your order.
• Ensure the return package includes the original packaging, product tags, and invoice. Pack the order securely to ensure it reaches our warehouse in its original condition.
• Unboxing video is necessary If you received a damaged or incorrect accessory.
• You should notify us of a couriered package, please send an email including your original order ID number, waybill number, and the courier details for the returned product. This information is required to process your return efficiently.we provide return pick up.
• After receiving your return package at the Kalp Creations warehouse, we will notify you about your refund within 4-5 working days.

Note: It is mandatory to record the opening video, and if any product is damaged, it must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Return Rejection

We conduct a quality check when you return an item. Ensure items are in their original, unworn condition. If we suspect a quality issue, your return request may be cancelled.

Custom-Made Orders

We do not accept returns or cancellations for custom-made orders.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed in the original payment mode. For COD orders, refunds are processed as Kalp Creations credits. Refunds are processed after a quality check and may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your bank account.

Delivery Partner Refusal

We only pick up return packages for damaged or incorrect products. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding our return and refund policy.
